Cancellation Policy

Because our retreats are small and built around a limited number of guests, cancellations affect the entire group. We ask that you consider these terms carefully before confirming.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit secures your place. Balance payments follow the schedule outlined in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation windows

Cancellations more than 120 days before the retreat receive a partial refund, less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations inside 120 days are non-refundable; we strongly recommend travel insurance.

Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate a transfer to a future retreat when possible.
